Terms of use
Terms governing use of the public Sprzatly website, contact forms and restricted access to the administrator panel.
Nature of the service
Sprzatly is a cleaning-services marketplace connecting clients with specific professionals working through verified companies.
Search and profiles are public. Booking, payment, client history and the company workspace require an account and follow these terms.
Bookings, payments and cancellation
Before payment we show the service price and the booking protection fee separately: 2% of the service price, minimum 3 PLN and maximum 15 PLN. Stripe processes payment; Sprzatly does not store card data.
Cancellation by the company or by the client more than 24 h before the appointment triggers a full refund. A later client cancellation does not refund the service price under the MVP policy, while the protection fee is refunded; details are shown before confirmation.
Administrator panel
The administrator panel is intended solely for authorized persons. Access is protected by login, an administrator session and technical activity logging.
Unauthorized use of the panel or an attempt to gain access may result in blocking and further security action.
Availability and changes
The website may be updated, temporarily unavailable or changed to improve security, service quality and compliance with technical requirements.
New application versions may require a page refresh. The public update dialog informs users when a new version is available.
